You can see the ruins of Saint Gregory Monastery see the caves where those faithful people chose to live centuries ago.Then you will be able to visit Agio Pnevma (Holy Spirit) it is mentioned in byzantine books as the oldest Monastery in Meteora and is the begining of monastic life.Is a small chapel in a mountain cave ,first hermit that live there was Varnavas at 10th century.
